QUESTION: I'm afraid I commited it although that was the last thing I wanted to do. I was always asking god to help me and I was in search for him. I began to have thoughts against the holy spirit. I almost couldn't help it but I tried not to. So I had some thoughts saying some christtians act sort of weird. Almost as of they are brainwashed by christianity. So I began to think. Are some of them brainwashed? When they became christians were they brainwashed by a evil spirit? So when I had these thoughts I felt weird. So I wanted to ask my friend if he ever had thoughts like this. I made sure I was careful how I asked him so I wouldn't acidently commit this sin. So I asked. Him "have you ever thought some christians are brainwashed?" That's when I feared I blasphemd the holy spirit

You must settle it in your mind. What are you referring to when you say some Christians are brainwashed? It is a theology that they have? Is it the way they act? Is it spiritual manifestations you are referring you? You must answer this question FIRST. What are you referring to? And is it indeed the work of the Holy Spirit? Or is it the work of man? If you are 100% sure it is NOT from the Holy Spirit, then you have nothing to worry about. You must know for yourself. You CANNOT trust other people's opinions.
Do these people claim their words/actions are from the Holy Spirit? If so, you better take the safe side, and take their word for it. But if you are 100% sure, based on your own relationship with the Lord, the Holy Bible, and Church history, that it is NOT the Holy Spirit, then you are free to say whatever you will.
Let me give you an example. I used to be part of a religious group (a long time ago) that claimed to have the Holy Spirit, and hear from the Holy Spirit, and interact with the Holy Spirit. But these people NEVER talked about Jesus. They NEVER glorified Jesus. They didn't even claim to be Christians. These people obviously DON'T have the Holy Spirit.
But if these people who you think are brainwashed actually love Jesus, worship Jesus, glorify Jesus,and say they are Christians, then you better not say anything bad about the Spirit by which they operate. In fact, I would be wanting what they have!
If you have discovered that it might be the work of the Holy Spirit. And you said these people are brainwashed. Then you have another problem. First of all, you don't know the Lord very well. You need to know the Lord well enough to recognize the work of the Spirit. Secondly, you have insulted the Spirit of Grace by asking such a question. It is an insult to the Holy Spirit to insinuate that they are brainwashed when it really is the Holy Spirit. You know this is the truth. Otherwise it wouldn't bother you.
What does the Bible say about insulting the Spirit? If you did not blaspheme the Holy Spirit, you surely did insult the Holy Spirit.
Last, but not least, do not believe every pastor and counselor. Most Christian leaders don't have the backbone to tell it the way it is. They want to please everybody, and not offend anyone. One very wise question you should ask yourself is, Would these people actually tell the truth if someone did blaspheme the Holy Spirit? Would they have the guts to say that someone blasphemed the Spirit to their face?

Right in this passage that you wrote is the answer to your question...I will highlight it so you can see by your own words you have been worrying for nothing.. (1) One doesn't blaspheme when they don't want to. they blaspheme because they want to! (2) One doesn't blaspheme when they are trying not to. They blaspheme anyway they can. (3) one doesn't accidently blaspheme the holy spirit. They intentionally,blatantly, fearlessly, immorally, and with a burning desire to do it with all their worth.

You seem to think, that one blasphemes the Spirit quite easily,  or accidentally,  and even with a fear in their heart of ever doing it. So right here you have been led to believe a lie. The only power the devil has, a lie.

Do Christians that have the Holy Spirit do things that are not of the Spirit. Of course. Do they try to manifest the gifts of the Spirit, in their own volitions, of course. Does the liar cause them to say and speak in error.. of course. Didn't Peter get sucked in by satan, when He spoke against christs coming crucifixion?

All christians start out as babes in Christ. To become a babe of Christ, one is Born of the Spirit, just s Jesus was. And they can stay babes for much too long, and never grow past the baby stage. Many Christians have never received the Holy Spirit.. Acts 19. Many who have, have never learned how to know the voice or leading of the Spirit, or come to submit to the Spirits leading.

Pauls writings and Peters writing were instructing the believers to grow up. Get back on track, Quit following every wind of doctrine. Watch out for false teachers, and teachings. warnings and exhortation, in the same messages.. Some even doing unchristian things, as 1 Cor, a man having sex with his fathers wife. But the bottom line,.....the Lord is able to chasten, discipline, and instruct His own in the way they should go...

No father would ever ask his children to do, or to be, anything that they don't have the capacity to do, or be. What kind of father would he be. But God has called us to just believe and submit to His leading, as HE WILL PERFORM HIS WORKS IN US, FOR US, AND THROUGH US... Thereby HE GETS the glory.  

Ephesians 4....  He gave gifts to the believers in a five fold ministry. The office of Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teachers.... 12 for the perfecting of the saints, unto the work of ministering, unto the building up of the body of Christ:
 13 till we all attain unto the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a fullgrown man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
 14 that we may be no longer children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, in craftiness, after the wiles of error;
 15 but speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him, who is the head, even Christ;

Any Pastor, Preacher, Teacher, Priest, Bishop or Pope, who isn't teaching this mandate of the Lord, to the Lords children, isn't of God, and let them be accursed.

QUESTION: Thanks mr. Burns. So why do you think god wouldn't forgive this sin? And what is your opiniom on what that guy said to me?

Hi Again Ryan, been awhile eh?  

Listen up, when you post to this apostle of Christ, your going to get the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth so help me Lord...

Why is it a sin that is unforgivable, because it is Gods hand, outstretched to man, and man is rejecting the only way out of the path to eternal separation from Him who loves them...!

The Lord God, IS Forgiveness, IS Love, IS Patience, IS longsuffering. IS mercy, IS Kind....  Since HE is, He cannot deny Himself. So He can't, not forgive. He can't, not Love. He can't, not be Merciful. He can't, not be Kind.

Therefore, if man rejects Him who IS Forgiveness. then there is no forgiveness. There is no Love. There is no Light.  Understand..... ?

It isn't God that doesn't forgive sins. It is man who rejects HIM WHO IS FORGIVENESS. When you receive HIM, YOU RECEIVE FORGIVENESS, LOVE, MERCY, KINDNESS, PATIENCE, because HE IS the ALL in ALL... Get it?

Like God is standing on a dock with a life preserver. Man is in the water and getting into trouble. God offers a life preserver. Man says, No thanks, I think I can do this myself.   So he drowns. Whose fault is it?

God sends no one to hell. Man sends himself. It has been that way from the beginings.  God said " DON"T " Man did anyways, and has suffered the consequences ever since.
