Answer
Hi Kannan,

Thank you for this great and honest question.  I am glad that you both recognize the problem and want to do something about it.  This is a very difficult battle that everyone must face.  First of all, let me confirm your feeling that you should not be doing this.  Jesus told us that this kind of lust in your mind is sin,

Matthew 5:27–30 (AV)
27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: 28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. 29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell. 30 And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

With that in mind, you must take some steps to fight against this very powerful temptation.  Here are a few things you can do:

1.  Use the weapons of Bible reading, prayer and fellowship with believers to control your thinking.  The Bible tells us that we can capture our thoughts and make them obey... that is only if we use our weapons of Bible, praye rand fellowship.

2 Corinthians 10:4–5 (AV)
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

Psalm 119:9–11 (AV)
9 BETH. Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.
10 With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.
11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

Hebrews 10:24–25 (AV)
24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: 25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

2.  Make it harder to fall into that sin.  We are told not to make provision for the flesh... in other words, do not do things that make it easier to fall.  If it is the internet, get a filter like cleaninter.net  This filter does not allow you to change it with a password... it is a proxy server that keeps you honest.  If it is being alone in your room that tempts you.. if you are not sleeping... get out of bed...

Romans 13:14 (AV)
14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

3.  Get someone to be accountable with.  Find a man you can trust and pray with him, have him check your progress and fall... and pray with you.

I hope that this gives you a good place to start.
