Question
Christians dynamics on slavery. How it influenced it postively and negatively?

Answer
Hi Hamza,

The Bible condemns the practice of prejduce or the respecting of one kind of person over another.  Clearly slavery then is not condoned by scriptures.

Proverbs 28:21
21 To have respect of persons is not good: for for a piece of bread that man will transgress.

The King James Version, (Cambridge: Cambridge) 1769.

Acts 10:34
34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:
The King James Version, (Cambridge: Cambridge) 1769.

James 2:1

My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.
The King James Version, (Cambridge: Cambridge) 1769.

As to the history of Christianity.... that would be a question for another volunteer.

I am expert in what the Bible says and how to understand it.

I hope that I have helped you.

In Christ,
Pastor Don
