Christianity --Youth Issues/masterbation and porn addiction

Question
I am about as ruined as I think anyone ever has been. I've been addicted to masturbation and pornography for almost four years. It started all innocent like, and it's gotten way out of hand. How in the world will I ever break this habit on my own (I haven't told ANYONE!) and will God ever truly be able to love me again? I'm at an extremely low point in my life and if I don't get help, well, I don't like to think about what might happen. Will God ever truly love me, how should I get over this, and, well, how can I really straighten my life out.

Answer
Can I ask how old you are? I know some things can get out of hand easily and then the habit is hard to break. If you don't mind telling me, what is your religion? As for God loving you again, yes he will. He can do anything and I believe that He can love you again so He will. Repentance is the first thing you have to do. Pray to God and tell Him that you are sorry and that you will try not to do it again. Ask for Him to forgive you. Ask for His help to stay away from that. Try your hardest to not do it again. When you think about doing it, think of different things. When I think of bad things or something like that I sing 2 songs at the same time so I can't fit anything else in my brain. God still loves you. Remember that.

I can answer things that have to do with any sort of question about religion. I am a Mormon and I have been through my entire life so if you ask me questions about that religion I can give you facts and I might be able to explain things a little better than people that aren't of that faith. If you have a question on whether or not something is okay to do I can look at it through my "Mormon eyes" or if you would like me to I can just look at it on a plain religious level. I will do my best to anwer your question. Please include you age with your question.

Experience

I have been a youth leader in my church since I was twelve. My neighborhood is very religious so I have gained knowledge from them as well.
