Question
hello kevin i need some info on my climate control.....my air blows ice cold but only out of the defrost vents....i have figured it is an actuator motor that doesny work.....from what i understand there is 2 under the dash wich i can see moving...and 2 others...my mechanic says he has to take the dash off....but i heard if you take the steering panel off it might be in there, any how i ran the diagnostic tests on my climate control.....and now i want to cry because, the lights wont go off.....i disconnected the battery still on,  i now whats wrong with my ac and i want the lights off i hate it, can u help

Answer
same greg here in GA?  I have been busy with the family this weekend  and have about 75 questions in my box just in 3 days.
If u get under the dash driver side  U will see 3 actuators  2 next to each other is the pass and driver side ones  and the one on top would be the mode door one  that controls where the air comes out. U can see if that motor is working by taking one of the other ones out and swapping it around or check for voltage at the connector when turning the mode knob.
As for the lights  which 2 buttons have u depressed for the recal part?
