Question
QUESTION: the radiator fan on the 98 t&c stopped running . I changed the coolant sensor, ran relay and thermostat all without fixing the problem. I also swapped the 40 amp fuse in the relay box with a working one with no result. I temporarily wired the fan so that it runs when the key is on but i would like to know why it is not working the correct way. Also the controls on the console for the ac ,rear wipers are blinking when the car is on .

ANSWER: which relay did u replace? was it on the side of the frame or in the fuse box?

Answer
make sure at the relay connector that U have 12 volts on gray wire and ground on black wire key on. light green and dark blue wire should have power when the fan is requested to be on and the dark green wire is the output from the relay make sure they are all good.
