Question I just bought a 2002 Sebring, the right rear window will not go up or down,(Power window) does not work from the door switch or the driver switch, I took the switch off and tried it on the Left hand door and it works, so it is not the switch. Can it be anything else besides the motor, and if not can you please provide instructions on how to remove motor?
Thanks
Ken
Answer Hi Ken,
That is called the "quarter window". I believe that the Sebring convertible body was changed in '01 or '02 from that which was used from '96-on. Is that what you have noticed? If so, I don't happen to have the manual for the later body, only the earlier body for which I have the '00 manual. In general, you have to remove the rear seat and then remove the trim panel that runs from the rear of the door around and past the window area to gain access to the window motor and mechanism. But it would be better if you had the pages from a manual specifically for that body. If you have compared yours to an '00 convert and believe it is identical let me know.
