Question
QUESTION: Have a 2001 sebring that will not start. replaced the battery and replaced the starter relay but still nothing. it has a 2.7 for your reference someone said that the fuel pump relay is tied in by circuit. any answer would definitely be helpful

ANSWER: Check all of your fuses

---------- FOLLOW-UP ----------

QUESTION: done that at the very beginning, so could it be the fuel pump relay that also controls whatever electrical since this is a very poor designed vehicle. could it be the pcm.

Answer
No it's not a bad design. It won't be a relay. They are seperate  system seperate relays   There is one relay called an asd relay that powers up much of the system as the car is running.  What is the car not doing.  Will it spin over and not fire up. Or will  it not turn over at all.  Is there. Fast clicks. Or a single clunk ?
