Question
I have 2002 Sebring with manual control AC/Heater controlled by actuator. It started blow cold air even if it is on Heater position. 4 position of blow speed works, all outlet works. I changed AC/Heater control unit recently. It just looks like blowing outside air into cabin. I had AC problem last summer but if I gave little pressure to temperature control nob, it blows cold air(AC kicks in). That gave me to change AC/Heater control unit.

Hi Tong,
The mixture of heated and incoming or A/C air is controlled by a blend air door which is driven by an electrical actuator on the bottom of the main HVAC housing about the center tunnel. It could be that the door is binding or the actuator doesn't work any longer so you could check that out. Also be sure that you are getting flow of coolant through the heater core by touching the two hoses that go through the firewall to verify that both are warm to the touch.
