Question
My 2001 Chrysler town and country limited edition's radio stopped working and was flashing lights on the bass, treble and the other one for the radio. The tape player, CD player and radio do not work now, nor does it display the time or anything on that screen. Although I still can control climate control. What is going on?

Hi Santana,
Start by checking fuse #5 (20 amp) and fuse #14 (15 amp) to be sure neither is blown. After that it will be necessary to remove the radio from the console and check various pins for the presence of voltage and that ground wires are indeed grounded.
Let me know what you find and we'll go from there.
