Roland..
Wehicle is now operational. Thanks for your tips. The EVA is still not working. Instead of an EVA, I hear a short beep-beep-beep instead of the actual voice alert. It has work very sporadically in the past, anyplace I should try looking?

Hi Ed,
The EVA has a 25-pin plug of which 20 are used and maybe half a dozen of those are related to power/speaker/ground/ and connecttions only to the cluster. The balance are individual alert input wires. It is shown on one page, but probably another 10 or so pages are referenced for the connections to see what is really going on. The most efficient way to go would be to xerox copy and postal mail the pages to you. It costs me 10 cents a side plus the postage. So if you want me to do that copying send me a private option follow-up question and tell me the postal mailing address. Then when you get the pages just send me back a few 44-cent stamps to cover the copy and postage costs.
