Question
Hi Roland,

I couldn't reply to my previous question because there was too many replies it said. Just wanted to let you know that it actually was the fuse! I believe it was the number ignition one under the hood. It was clearly blown and we replaced it and car started right up! Thank you!

Jen

Answer
Hi Jen,
Thanks for the good news! By the way as regards the alarm system you can avoid the hassle entirely if you will simply use the mechanical pushbutton on the inside of each door to secure the vehicle when you exit. Don't use the power doorlock switch, the door key, or the key fob to lock up. That way you don't 'arm' the system so you don't have the hassle when it refuses to disarm. Open it by the fob or door key, just never lock it that way.
Thanks for the rating/nomination and kind remarks.
Roland

There are answers on file to more than sixteen thousand Chrysler questions at your finger tips: put a few key words in the "find" box (above) or click on "view past answers" for a chronological list of my q and a's. Don't use "Add to this answer" if you still have a question...ask it. As to trucks and jeeps I only have manuals for the '04-'06 model years.
