Question
I have a 2000 Chrysler Voyager V6,3.3 liter engine,automatic-I notice when driving the dash instrument lights flicker and then sometimes stops. Also the blower motor surges when I have it on high speed with a/c. I have a good battery,new alternator (1 day old). Headlight were not flickering even b4 alternator replacement I did. Any suggestions? I have no check engine lights on also. Car runs great otherwise...

I need clarification:
dash insturment lights: flicker when headlamps are on, then stop flickering or do they go out entirely? What about the headlights flickering or not?
On the blower motor: do you have the conventional or automatic temp control type of unit? What speed do you have the motor set for when you notice a surge?
Did you recently replace the alternator? and now do headlights flicker?
Is this a US vehicle or ?
