Question
I have a 2001 Chrysler Town & Country Limited that is displaying a P1491 - Radiator Fan Relay Control Circuit error.  I've replaced both the relay and the fuse but still get the same DTC error and the fans still are not kicking in...any suggestions??

Hi Brad,
You could verify the following wires at the plug for the relay:
dark blue/violet wire on pin 4 is connected to pin 73 at the pcm,
black/dark green at pin 3 is connected to the ground near the left headlamp assembly,
orange/red on pin 1 shows 12v coming from fuse 27,
dark blue/dark green onpin 2 is connected to pin 1 at both fan motor plugs,
pin 2 of the fan motor plus is also connected to the ground at the left headlamp assembly.
That would be a complete check out of the relay control circuit.
