I have a 2004 Chrysler voyager both rear sliding door will not lock or unlock on the key fob or from the internal car lock/unlock (drivers door) however once they have been manually unlocked they open and close normally using the key fob or overhead console but will not lock only manually

Hi Derek,
Probably the quickest way to get to the root of this problem is to get a fault code readout using a plug-in code reader at the socket under the dash by the steering column. A 4-digit code number preceded by B is the sort of thing to be looking for. Let me know what you find and we'll go from there. An Autozone parts store or similar nationwide franchise will do a readout, often for free, or an independent shop for $40. The circuit for the control of the power locks is complicated so I would prefer to try for a fault code before getting into a circuit analysis.
