Chrysler Repair/T&C 3.3/3.8L #1 spark plug access for removal

Question
Roland,
I have a 2005 T&C.  My check engine light identifies spark plug 1 as needing to be checked.  It's a real PAIN to get to it, though.  Any tricks that you know of?

Answer
Hi Kat,
I found a couple of ideas in a '97 manual for the 3.3/3.8L:
remove the accessory drive belt
remove 4 bolts from the upper half of the generator support backet
pus the generator rearward
Then when removing the boot first twist it slightly then pull straight out.
So take a look at your engine and determine whether these might also apply to your situation.
There are no similar tips in the manuals from '98-on. Please let me know how this works out.
