Question
I have 2004 Chrysler Pacifica 6 cyl.loaded
The drivers side elacric seat is not moving forward when i try to adjust. The recliner works good and the lumbar works. When I push the button forward it tries, i can hear the motor but the right side of the seat moves around an inch forward and tries to go left. I looked for obstructions and nothing is there. it tries but it feels like it is off track or the left side is stuck. it is not moving from the farthest rear position. my wife is 5 feet tall... she won't drive it with a phone book to sit on lol. any ideas? Thanks, john

Answer
Hi John,
I have the Pacifica manual on a CD and that shows the seat removal procedure and some ideas about approaching the repair. I can copy those and attach them to an email but I need to know your email address to do that. Send me a new question where you also check the box to keep it private, and in the text section list your email address. I don't otherwise ever see questioners' addresses. Once you have it out you may be able to figure out why it is locking up.
Roland
PS Sorry for the delay but I just found your question in the 'pool'.
