Chrysler Repair/AC fan

Question
My AC fan on my 2005 Sebring (Base)for the past 6 months would shut off and come back on by itself. Now it has quit completely. I replaced the fan motor resistor purchased from Chrysler and that didn't fix the problem. I checked all the fuses and they are fine. I also checked the connector behind the 4 speed blower switch and could not find any power on any of the wire with a 12 volt tester.
What would you recommend.
Thanks in advance
Larry

Answer
Hi Larry,
Check fuse #1 in the junction block behind the left end cap of the dash, and then check that there is voltage on the dark blue wire at the blower motor plug which comes from the fuse. Then put the plug back in, and jump from the black wire at the plug to ground with the ignition in the 'run' position and that should turn the fan on high if the motor is good.
