Chrysler Repair/body control module removal: '95 LH body

Question
QUESTION: I have tried to get to the body control module inside the dash above the passenger's legs and can't get it opened up.  I've removed the torx screw under the end cap; taken out the glove compartment door, and removed the screws which seem to hold the dash piece in place, but it still won't come off. Please tell me what I am doing wrong and how I can get to the body control manual.
The drawing from the dealership is totally un-helpful.
Thanks
