Question
overcharging and the dashboard lights headlights have a pulsing flicker. also the tacks are flicking up and down

Hi Curtis,
How do you know it is overcharging? Voltage reading is? Is it both the headlights are flickering as well as the all the dashboark lights (but only when the headlight are on, or even when they are off? Is the tach and the speedo both flicking up and down?
