Question
I want to know how to turn off my 1996 Chrysler cirrus lxi car alarm? When i start the car it shuts off.I have tried Manuel unlocking doors. Disconnected the battery for half hour reconnected and when I started the car it came back on and killed the engine. used the key on the passengers door.Took fuses out and checked them all.I could not find no switch or button to reset. I have the chip under my dash,So I don't know if this is manufacturing or done after the car was bought

Hi Barbara,
I haven't heard of the loctronics system being installed on a Chrysler product at the factory so it must be aftermarket. Have you asked the original owner if you know who that is? Of check on the internet for loctronics web site. I don't know anything about such units and apparently something is wrong with the disarming function of that unit. Sorry to not be of help, but see what else you can learn about it from whoever installed it or the manufacturer.
