I see a bunch of wires coming into the PCM but it looks VERY tight  there. but if there is just a couple of screws that I can take out without taking The PDC that might be the easist. IS it possible to do that take out the PCM without moving the PDC?

Also highlighted some things that I need clarified to really understand where the wires are in bold so you could distinguish from your answer not yelling at all :-)

ANSWER: Hi Federico,
According to the wiring diagram the black/dark green signal wire on pin 4 of the upstream oxygen sensor goes directly to pin 30 of the pcm with no intervening disconnects. It would appear that you will have to splice into the wire itself. WHAT PART OF THE ENGINE WOULD I LOOK TO LOCATE THIS WIRE...DRIVER FRONT BY BUMPER OR FIREWALL ETC The tan/white signal wire on pin 4 of the downstream sensor plug goes to a light gray color disconnect at the left front corner of the engine compartment on its pin 10 of the 10-pin coupling. It is located on a harness that run along the left-side NOT SURE IF LEFT IS LOOKING AT THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE OR SITTING IN IT...frame rail and then turns the corner at the front of the compartment IS THIS BY THE BUMPER OR THE FIRE  WALL AND IS IT IN  DRIVER OR PASSENGER SIDE and is attached mechanically at the disconnect to a narrow bracket near the left edge of the radiator. I LOOKED ALONG THE RADIATOR LEFT SIDE BUT DID NOT SEE ANYTHING The wire continues from there to pin 51 at the pcm. So you should be able to tap off there at the disconnect.
That is how it stands according to the wiring diagrams from '98 that I have and which I have good reason to believe are applicable through the '00 model year.

I enclosed a connector I found in fire wall passenger side, is this the 10 pin your talking about?

Hi Federico,
If you are speaking of the 10-pin disconnect for the downstream signal wire, no that is not its location. Look on the driver's side of the engine compartment at the front corner near the radiator edge, low down at the level of the chassis frame rail that runs along the inner fender. There you should find a couple of disconnects and the one you want is the light gray one. The other is black and also 10 pin but of no concern.
