97 concord, getting no spark, changed coil pack,pcm, and crank censor, no help, getting frustrated. help!

Hi Craig,
I believe that you might be able to do a self-readout of the pcm memory for fault codes that may be logged in there which will give a clue as to why you aren't getting spark. Turn the ignition key:"on-off-on-off-on and leave on" doing that in 5 seconds or less elapsed time. Then watch the check engine light, which remains "lit". to see it begin to flash, pause, flash, etc. Count the number of flashes before each pause. Then repeat the process to be sure of an accurate set of flach counts. Tell me the counts in the order of appearance and we'll go from there. If by chance the check engine light doesn't start flashing, then check the odometer window of the cluster to see if the mileage reading is temporarily replaced by a 4-digit number preceded by a P. '97 was a transition year from the OBD-I to the OBD-II systems of codes so it could display either way.
