Chrysler Repair/'06 T & C: sliding door, power door lock

Question
QUESTION: The lock on my passenger side sliding door (not power operated) stopped working with the power locks.  I was still able to lock it manually.  My husband went to the auto store and they told him the actuator was bad.  He purchased a new one and the lock worked fine.  After about 2 weeks I realized it wasn't locking again and tried to manually lock it and it wouldn't go down at all.  He went back to the store and they told him he must have gotten a bad actuator and they exchanged it for him.  He installed it and the lock works fine, but now the door will not open at all.  The lock goes up and down but I can't use my door, which is a pain since the kids need to use that door when I drop them off at school.  Any suggestions as to what may be wrong or how to fix it.  The panel is still off the door.

ANSWER: What is the year model? Perhaps I can xerox copy or email you the page from the manual that shows how to replace this part.

QUESTION: I'm sorry for not including that.  It is a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country.  Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.

Answer
Hi Stephanie,
I can copy several pages from the '06 manual and attach those to an email which I will send to you directly, not through the Allexpert system. But to do that I need to know your email address. The way to give me that is to ask a new question at Allexperts, and then in the text message area of the question type in that address. Then click on the box to make the question PRIVATE. Then submit the question. Be sure to specifically type-in your email address as your 'question' because I routinely don't see that unless do that.
