Question
Hi Roland, I hate to bother you again but I'm starting all over again to check out the MAP and Intake air sensor. My 2002 Chrysler 300M 3.5 has a seperate MAP and Intake Air Sensor. The MAP has three wires bl/ltblu-DKGRN/RED- and VIO/WHT and my Intake Air sensor has BLK/RED and BLK/LTBLU . I have 4 plugs that plug into the PCM 1.Black with 16 pins 2. Grey with 31 pins 3.White with 23 pins and 4.Green with 22 pins.I'm I doing something wrong here because in your answers you are saying I should have either 2 plugs with 40 pins each or 4 plugs with 38 pins each.
Also you say that pin A on the sensor which is the ground wire BLK/LTBLU should plug into the #43 pin on one of the PCM plugs NOT one of the pins on my plugs is numbered so how do I know which one is the # 43 pin? I'm about to go nuts trying to figure all this out.
By the way I found out what that bracket was that I e-mailed you a picture of it holds the air conditioner belt out of the way so it doesn't get tangled up in anything.  Thanks Ron

Answer
Hi Ron,
That is interesting as I had believed that the pcm up until '03 had 2 plugs and still had a separate module for the transmission, but what you describe sounds like what you have in your' 02 is a new combined module (ncg) (because of the 4 plugs) BUT my '04 manual doesn't agree with what you are showing about them. I don't have an '02 manual but it appears I will have to buy one! May you can get the wiring diagrams from Alldata.com. In the meantime I will try and find an '02 that is fairly priced and buy it.
