Chrysler Repair/T&C rear window washer doesn't work

Question
I foudn the cause - the line between the car body and the door is broken.  It broke right at the rubber seal on the door side of the line.  The line going back into the car body appears to be one continuous hose.  I would hate to try to replace that all the way from the front of the car.  Any ideas?

I was not involved in this question from the start, so I don't even know the year. But if you have the 2 ends all you need is some sort of a connector/splice to hook them together. I don't know what might be available over the counter at a good parts store but I would believe there is such a piece of hardware.
