Chrysler Repair/Location of reverse light switch

Hi, I have the same car 2.5 Diesel 2004 UK Reg and had exactly the same issue. I got it changed yesterday,  bought the part from Europe for 23.5 and the mechanic charged my 20. The switch is actually located next to the passenger side Wheel and the tyre had to be taken off to access it properly. once the tyre is off you can spot it by facing the brake disc and looking beyond the space where wheel is housed. Hope this helps. My reverse light is now working and the switch was definitely the source of the problem
