Question
can I teach a boy who has been baptized into christ in a bible class room  ? we are having a discussion on wed night using scripture,of  course with a couple people dis agreeing

 In the new testament, there is no directive in scripture that says a woman cannot teach a boy.  We have reference for a woman not teaching a man (Colossians 1:28) so not to have "authority" over a man.  But that is a man and not a boy, I was taught by women in bible school as well as men.  At the church I worship with (Mile High Church of Christ) we have men and women who teach boys and girls all under the leadership of the evangelist.  If a woman is has a desire to teach children in bible school, she has the right to do so with boys and girls because she is not excersizing authority over a grown man, she is simply teaching children in the Lord.  I hope this answer is clear and biblical and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask, have a blessed day
