Question
QUESTION: Well in the BIBLE,it says that the people left behind will endure the 7 years of tribulation,so why wouldn't i thappen?
It says it int he BIBLE.

ANSWER: Go to www.biblegateway.com and search for "seven years".  You will see that the Bible actually does not say that there will be any people "left behind" for 7 years of tribulation.  The tribulation period refers to the time leading up to AD 70 for Christians and to the siege of Jerusalem during the three and a half years leading up to the fall of the city in AD 70 for the Jews.

QUESTION: So are you also saying that the antichrist won't come?

ANSWER: There isn't a single antichrist like the premillenialists teach.  John in 1 & 2 John teaches that there are many antichrists already in the world during the 1st century AD.  An antichrist is anyone who denies that Jesus came in the flesh to this Earth.

QUESTION: I know that but isn't the whole book of Revelations about the Rapture?
Ths just doesn't make sense to me because it says it in the Bible, are you saying that most people misunderstand it?

Answer
No, the whole book is not about the Rapture.  In fact that word is not found anywhere in scripture.  Revelation is about the fall of Jerusalem in AD 70.  Look at the first three chapters.  John uses phrases like "things which mush shortly come to pass" and "the time is at hand" and very very often "behold I come quickly".  In chapter 22 alone he uses these phrases 6 times.

The things John wrote about were going to happen very soon after he wrote them, not thousands of years later.

So yes, a majority of people in the world misunderstand Revelation.  Mainly this is because they always believe what someone else tells them instead of studying the Bible for themselves.
