Question
QUESTION: So does that mean that if we live right and are saved then we love Him?

ANSWER: Yes.  That exactly what it means.  You can KNOW that you love God because you are obeying His will rather than your own.

QUESTION: Also,is it possible for someone to get saved for the wrong reasons?

Answer
This phrase "get saved" is really something that the denominations have created all manner of confusion about.  You cannot be "saved" accidentally.  You can confess Christ or be immersed in water for the wrong reasons (fit in, feel good, for other people), but that will not save you.  Being saved is being saved.  You either obeyed the gospel or you didn't.  If you went through the motions but you did those things for the wrong reasons...you simply aren't saved at all.
