Question Well I Was about 8 when I got baptized,at the time,I didn't know the reason why.Does that mean that I have to do it again?
Answer That means you did not get "baptized". You just got dunked in water. Baptism is what puts one into Christ and is for the purpose of having your sins washed away. It is the moment that you are made into a new creature. If you were not doing for that reason, then yes, you must do so again else you are not saved and God has not added you to His church. When you finally get baptized, you first have to have repented of your sins...that means stop doing them. If you are still sinning then you haven't repented and you are not a candidate for baptism and addition to God's kingdom according to the Bible (Luke 13:3; Acts 2:38; Acts 3:19).
