Question
Hi Ernie,
Joe suggested I contact you in regards to the question I proposed to him. he said you were more qualified to answer. The question: "Who are the rulers of the Kingdom?"
 Thanks,
Brian

Answer
Hey Brian,

The answer to that question is going to depend largely on context.  Given the capital K, I'm going to hypothesize that you mean the Kingdom of Christ and answer thusly.

The ultimate ruler of the Kingdom of Christ is Jesus Christ as King.  After Him, the Apostles ruled by delegated authority while alive and then through the Bible which they were inspired to write or laid their hands on others who were inspired to write.

Beyond that, today, each congregation has its own eldership if it has men that are qualified and they have the rule over their congregation according to Heb. 13.  There is no other form of government in the Kingdom of Christ, which is the church.

I will add that in Revelation, the martyrs were pictured as reigning with Christ, not in the classic sense of authority, but through their martyrdom.  But that is a special case in a metaphorical section of scripture.  One had to be "beheaded" (martyred) to rule in that sense.

I hope that answers your question.  If I can clarify or add to it in any way, please let me know.

In Truth and Love,
Ernie
