Please tell me what day Jesus was crucified on and what day he arose.

From a simple point of view "Good Friday" was the day of Crucifixion and "Easter Sunday" was the resurrection day.
If you want an actual historical date, I am sorry to inform you that it is almost impossible to figure.  In the middle ages our society switched from the Julian Calendar to the Gregorian Calendar, and sometime in the 16th century 10 days were eliminated from the calendar because they had skipped several leap years.
