Cigars/Isabela cigars

Question
Bill-have you heard of the Miami-made Isabela cigar ? Apparently it is bleneded by v. Ortiz, one of the cuban masters involved with the development of the cuban Cohiba, and similar in taste and experience.

That's one I don't know. There are a handful of small cigar makers there who make some brands with very limited distribution - he could be one of those. The brand is not listed in the Retail Tobacco Dealers Almanac - the "bible" of cigars, so it can't be a very established brand.
