Cigars/keeping cigars fresh

Question
Hi, I don't own a humidor and was given a couple of cigars as a gift. How do I keep them fresh?

Keep the cigars sealed in a zip lock bag or Tupperware type bowl and keep them in a cool place (but not the refrigerator). They should last 2-3 weeks. Without some sort of humidification you can't make them stay fresh much longer than that.
