Dera james i came across your quiestion
Did you go to la casa delhabanos in varadero cuba and if so what did you think of the place regarding thier cigars and price etc we go there on the 26september.
would appreciate any info you cangive me

Hi Michael,
Unfortunately, I haven't been to the La Casa del Habanos store in Varadero but I can tell you that LCDH shops are genuine, Habanos SA-approved retailers for Cuban cigars so you are guaranteed genuine Cuban cigars by shopping at a LCDH store. Also, because it's a LCDH shop in Cuba, you can be sure that the prices are very good.

I currently have 19 dedicated years of cigar smoking and counting. I have smoked every brand of Cuban cigars and most reputable non-Cuban cigar brands on a regular basis so I know a fair bit about taste profiles, cigar etiquette and other fine nuances to cigar smoking. For 5 years, I studied with Cuban torcedores (rollers), catadores (taste testers) and revisadores (inspectors) on every aspect involving the production of the Cuban cigar and I am currently writing a book that will help beginners understand everything they need to know about cigars and cigar smoking.
