Hello, i've been smoking cigarettes, and now i am addicted. Because it's cold outside i started smoking indoors, but the smell bothers me so i now smoke cigarillos,with cherry flavor.
I understand that you do NOT inhale the smoke? But if you do not inhale, does the nicotine enter your blood? I personally smoked them like cigarettes until now.

The nicotine enters through the vessels in the mouth but it is not as intense as inhaling the smoke deep into the lungs. It eliminates many other carcinogens in tobacco if you do not inhale.
The addiction level is lower also if you do not inhale.

This is a much better alternative to smoking cigarettes.
The best to smoke are little flavored premium cigars like Vanilla, Cherry or Rum and honey, but they typically cost $2 or $3 each.
