i cant get my humidor to 68 or 70 it stays at 58 help me

First how do your cigars feel? If they are OK then perhaps the Hygrometer is not accurate.
A digital hygrometer is necessary for an accurate reading.
Order a few 72% Boveda humidity pillows immediately and put them on top of your cigars along with filling the Humidity device.
What kind of humidor is it if you can give me a name or web site where I can view the product it would help. Many times the Humidity devices are inadequate. If the humidity device is old it might not absorb water and needs to be replaced. Many of these problems are rectified by just putting in a few Boveda devices - No other scam pillows or beads the only one embraced by Arturo Fuente and other large cigar manufacturers is Boveda.
