Question
I have an unopened Box of Ben Franklin Perfecto cigars.  I believe them to be about 31 years old.  It is still wrapped with the original box cellophane.  My question is, "Are they worth anything to a collector?".  Thankyou.

Answer
Ben Franklin seems to be a machine made cigar.
Perhaps in another 70 years they might be worth $100 to a collector.

I am basing that on my knowledge of mass produced cigars from, 1900.

Bring them back in a humidor and smoke them for fun.
