Question
Can you tell me who manufacturers "Twinkle Little Cigars"?
Also does the "69" in Twinkle 69 Menthol 4ct pack  refer to the size of the little cigar or to a blend of tobacco used in the cigar? (like Marlboro blend 27)

I am a cigar man.
I know everything about cigars, lighters, pipes.
This twinkle twinkle is a cigarette with a cigar name.
A cigar is made from tobacco lovingly grown and harvested by a cigar family that has been growing tobacco for generations. The leaf is carefully harvested, hand selected, aged for years then rolled by hand into a desired shape. The tobacco is frozen to kill bugs and then placed in a hand made box for shipping to a store that hopefully spent 10s of thousands of dollars building a humidor to keep cigars fresh.
What you ask for is a Mass produced tobacco grown by conglomerates harvested by combines, sprayed with chemicals, ground up and mixed with 50 other chemicals and paper to keep it fresh and burning right. Machine rolled and passed onto you as some vague sort of tobacco product.
Not my thing.
