Question
To avoid all the speculation about whether or not dealers such as Cuban Lous, Top Cubans or Puro Express are selling fake Cuban cigars, I would think S A Habanos could provide a list of their legitimate internet dealers.  Do you know if there's anything close to such a list available?

Not that I know of - most just smoke the fakes, some enjoy the real ones and enjoy them but  it's just a mind thing. The real Cuban cigars are just OK mass produced cigars controlled by a cooperative effort between the Cuban government and an international conglomerate Altadis

Try Padron Anniversary or other real cigars - the Cubans are fun to try but mass produced cigars produced by the state of Cuba are no match for family grown tobacco made according to the pre Castro Cuban rules.

Your family owns the land, plant the seeds, nurture the crops, pick the tobacco, age the tobacco, hand select the leaves, look over the rollers shoulders every day to make sure the quality is right and age them 3 to 7 years before release. 5,000,000 cigars max was also the Cuban rule for perfect production.
Look for companies today that follow the rules and you will smoke the best cigars in the world - the cigars the Cubans wish they could make but are not allowed to.
