Cigars/cigars in cedar lined tubes

Question
In the early 80's I enjoyed a brand of cigar that was available at the local drug store. It was pleasantly mild, sold as singles, and each came in its own cedar lined tin tube. I have been searching high and low for these but to no avail. And, I can't remember the brand name. Would you be familiar with such a cigar?

There are many cigars that come in aluminum tubes with cedar liners. See if any of these rings a bell: Bering, Don Diego, H. Upmann, Montecristo, Romeo Y Julieta, Macanudo, Partagas, Hoyo de Monterey, Punch, Helix, Don Tomas, Cuesta-Rey.

All of those brands have sizes that come in aluminum tubes. Probably the most likely to find in a drug store would have been Bering or Cuesta-Rey.

If you can give me more information - what was on the box as far as graphics, colors..., any part of the name, how much did they cost, what size were they - really any more information would be helpful in figuring this out.
