Cigars/Montecristo Sublimes 2008 with 2009 Box Codes

Question
I was hoping you'd be able to help me in authenticating a couple boxes of
)
cigars for me, my brother purchased two boxes of Montecristo Sublimes
2008 Limited Editions on a website. Topcubans.com which looks authentic
and is listed as an official Habanos dealer for $219.00 and the the box date
on the bottom of the box is LRE-ENE 09. So I Just wanted to confirm whether
this is possible or not I have attached some snaps of the box showing the
bands and the hologram band on the box and the cigars. The cigars might I
say smoke genuinely the same to ones I have smoked before and people have
told me that it is not uncommon for limited editions to spill over into early
the next year with box dates as long as the bands on the cigars say limited
edition 2008 which they do. If you could give me confirmation I would really
appreciate it.
Pictures are unnecessary as the fakes many times look better than originals.
These cigars have recently become available.
The price is $220 for 10 cigars average.
Availability, price and smoke (according to you) is right so -
Everything matches up and that is the best sign you can hope for.
