Cigars/Cuban cigar

My friend going to Varadero.I like Cuban cigar,but I am not ready to pay to much.I ask her to bay Rafael Gonzales PANATELA or Saint Luis Ray CORONAS.The next 2 will be Partagas DE LUXE TUBOS or HoyoMonterrey PRINCE.Can she find them in Varadero and which one is good for beginner.Thank you

Yes, you can definitely find those cigars in Varadero. Your friend should should easily find these cigars at any "La Casa del Habanos" (LCDH) shop in Cuba. LCDH is an authorized Habanos retailer so they carry genuine Cuban cigars.
For a beginner, the Saint Luis Rey and Rafael Gonzalez cigars are excellent choices. They're medium-strength and very flavourful. Hoyo de Monterrey and Partagas are slightly stronger brands. They're excellent cigars as well (I'm a fan of both Partagas and Hoyo) so they would be good when you're ready to move up to medium-full bodied cigars.
I would recommend the Saint Luis Rey coronas and both the Partagas De Luxe Tubos and Hoyo de Monterrey Prince.

I currently have 19 dedicated years of cigar smoking and counting. I have smoked every brand of Cuban cigars and most reputable non-Cuban cigar brands on a regular basis so I know a fair bit about taste profiles, cigar etiquette and other fine nuances to cigar smoking. For 5 years, I studied with Cuban torcedores (rollers), catadores (taste testers) and revisadores (inspectors) on every aspect involving the production of the Cuban cigar and I am currently writing a book that will help beginners understand everything they need to know about cigars and cigar smoking.
