Cigars/Cigar Industry today

Question
With the wave of new legislation that we were hoping to avoid, what is the view of the current and future state of the industry?

Answer
The industry is stable.
But we face these obstacles all the time.
If everyone got involved the legislation would stop, but apathy runs deep in the tobacco smokers heart.
Other business like the food industry, face new taxes and regulations every year.
Or the construction industry - they face new regulations, licenses, more paper work and new taxes every year.
Guess that is just the way of the world...
