QUESTION: I can't seem to locate the company that makes these products. Any idea?Still can't find anyone who has the fans for the 1000 unit. Cigar direct is also out them . Thank you.  Michael Farsace

You're right, it's hard to track down Humi-care's contact info.  I haven't been able to find any company or manufacturer info on them.  The brand is sold and endorsed through Cigar International so if you contact them, they may be able to provide Humi-Care's contact info or order the fans for you.

QUESTION: That where I bought the humidifier from. They don't have any fans either and for some reasn won't give me any info about the producer of the product. Any idea why?

Hi Michael,

I'm not sure why they won't help you.  The company is a Humi-care retailer plus they endorse the brand on their website.  (They even made videos on how to use Humi-care humidifiers.)

You may want to check with some local cigar stores... if any of them sells Humi-care products, they will most definitely have product info brochures from the company that has the contact info on it.  If not, they can probably contact the supplier of humi-care products for you.  You can also try asking my fellow allexperts.com cigar experts and they may be able to help you.

Was there any instructions that came with the humidifier?  If yes, check if there's a Humi-care customer service number or email address.  Perhaps there's contact info on the unit itself?  I used to use Humi-care but I sold my humidifier a while ago and can't remember if there was any information on the unit itself.

If I can track down the company info, I will let you know. (I'll edit this post and you'll be re-notified.)
