Cigars/cuban cigars and ordering online

hello. quick question to just clear everything up since im lookin for some nice cigars for a christmas present. if i would to order from topcubans.com living in florida, would that be illegal? is there any way to get cuban cigars without it being illegal then??

The is a U.S. embargo against all Cuban products prohibiting them from entering the United States, so in short, no there is no legal way to get Cuban cigars here. Instead, pick one of the fine cigars being made in the US, Dominican Republic, Honduras or Nicaragua. The quality of many of the cigars from these countries surpasses most of the Cuban cigars and they are legal!
