Question
I recently purchased two boxes of cuban cigars from Puro Express. I looked for a water mark which is clearly visible on a box of cohibas i know are legit. The puro cigars look and taste great. Also the micro lettering on the puro cigars is unreadable unlike the cuban cohibas. Do you think I got counterfeit goods?

I have not ordered from PuroExpress.com before but I know people that have and they seem very satisfied with their cigars and the company.  It appears that PuroExpress.com ships genuine cigars and they are also considered reputable and legitimate by many people that have dealt with them before.

I currently have 19 dedicated years of cigar smoking and counting. I have smoked every brand of Cuban cigars and most reputable non-Cuban cigar brands on a regular basis so I know a fair bit about taste profiles, cigar etiquette and other fine nuances to cigar smoking. For 5 years, I studied with Cuban torcedores (rollers), catadores (taste testers) and revisadores (inspectors) on every aspect involving the production of the Cuban cigar and I am currently writing a book that will help beginners understand everything they need to know about cigars and cigar smoking.
