Question
The questions I'm about to ask are about American football in general and not about Bengals specifically.

1) Do some coaches sit in the press box and communicate through head phones with the coaches on the sideline?

2) Usually, where exactly are the press boxes located in an American football stadium?

Answer
1) Yes, some coaches do sit in the press box and communicate via one way radio to the head coach. It is the Offensive Cordinator that is in the Press box.

2) The Press box is located at the Highest point in the stadium. It is up in the stands and is a building with many windows so the media can view the game easily. It doesn't matter what side(sometimes both) the pressbox is on, but it is never behind the endzone.
