Expert: Michael Beaudoin - 7/9/2005

I know you can't be responsible for what another expert says, but I've recently asked similar questions another expert on allexperts, and his answers were "no" to both questions.  (The only difference between my questions to you and those to him is that I didn't mention that I'm asking about teams "nowadays.")  The guy is a high school football coach and has very high ratings in allexperts.  Now I'm extremely confused.

The questions I'm about to ask are about American football in general and not about the Cincinnati Bengals specifically. I prefer simple "yes" or "no" answers unless explanations are necessary.

1) In a NFL team nowadays, do the players labeled simply as "running backs" in the depth chart carry the ball more often than the fullbacks during running plays?

2) In a NCAA American football team nowadays, do the players labeled simply as "running backs" in the depth chart carry the ball more often than the fullbacks during running plays?"
Answer -
In both the NFL and NCAA the runningback runs a lot more.

Highschool football is extremley diffrent than Nfl and Ncaa. Not in the game but in playing. Many players play both Offense and Defense in Highschool and A lot of times in high school football there is 3 runningbacks. A 1 back, 2 back and 3 back. That coach could have been refering to any one og these.
